Your Role

• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Thoroughly document all testing procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain our lab's commitment to quality assurance.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of joining.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
