Facilities Coordinator Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Final Assembly Line based in Mobile, AL. Key Responsibilities Manage the operational day-to-day facility responsibilities for the FAL, including subcontractor coordination with focus on key buildings. Ensure adherence to all local and federal regulations for the operation of the FAL. Coordinate subcontractor activities to prevent impact to manufacturing operations and minimize impact to end users. Recommend and manage initiatives to increase and improve service delivery, considering cost and quality KPI management. Manage vendors daily, identify training needs, track performance against KPIs, and communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner. Coordinate and facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews within contract guidelines. Cooperate with the FM team for all activities, review, approve and process invoicing, and develop corrective action plans for service delivery. Execute other duties as directed by the facility manager. Qualifications Minimum associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years subcontractor management experience (3+ in a production environment). 3+ years managing budgetary requirements. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Experience with subcontractor activity reporting in a production environment. Operational experience using SAP preferred. Proficiency in project management practices and analytical/quantitative skills. Physical requirements: adequate vision and hearing; ability to speak to high level management; carrying up to 25lb; lifting up to 25lb; pushing/pulling up to 20lb; sitting, standing, walking, and traveling per specified percentages.
