Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description Job Description Growing LOCAL CPA firm is seeking full charge bookkeepers to work in fantastic culture and work environment. You will be responsible for multiple -bookkeeping clients with great staff support. Our staff is largely working in our office but we are open to a hybrid work model. Your work schedule can be tailored to meet your individual needs. You will be responsible for the following among other duties: Balance sheet reconciliations Record and pay accounts payable. Issue invoices to and collect from customers. Calculate pay and issue payments to employees. Create financial statements and related financial reports. Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes. Account for fixed assets. Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts. Your actual duties will depend on the specific clients to which you are assigned. Compensation commensurate with skills and experience. We like to work with smart people who bring energy.
