Job Description
An established practice in a coastal community in Massachusetts near Boston is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, outpatient-only opportunity offering a Four-day, 40-hour workweek. The new physician will work alongside experienced physicians, mid-level providers, excellent support staff, and dedicated patient advocates.The position offers competitive base compensation, incentive bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and more. \n

\nMulti-Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient or Traditional. 4 day work week. Telephone Consultation with Minimal Call Ratio. Competitive Income Guarantee. Quality Bonus production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 403B. Options to practice traditional,hybrid and nurse pod model. Multiple locations throughout the Coastal Massachusetts area. Multi-specialty group with Primary Care physicians, NPs/PAs, and office-based specialists. EMR and strong clinical support.
