• Our community health center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team.

• The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, while having opportunities to engage in teaching, quality improvement, and system-wide initiatives.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
\n
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-focused environment.
\n
• Collaborate with specialists, hospitalists, and allied health professionals across the medical system to ensure coordinated care.
\n
• Participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedures as aligned with interests and hospital needs (optional).
\n
• Contribute to hospital and system-wide quality, safety, and population health initiatives.
\n
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor for medical students and residents rotating through the community hospital.
\n
• Document care in the systems integrated electronic medical record.
\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
\n
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
\n
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
\n
• Dedication to patient-centered, equitable care in a diverse community setting.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
\n

• Experience in community-based or academic-affiliated practice. Interest in quality improvement, population health, or medical education.
\n
