Requirements Specific Coverage Dates needed. . Will also need 1 day during the following weeks below: Nov 23-27 Dec28-Jan 1 Golisano Childrens Hospital : Peds physician- ophthalmology needed for up to 8 weeks a year to mainly cover staff vacations. Need is for both inpatient and ambulatory Days and weekend coverage needed- all onsite coverage Ambulatory- would work 8hrs on Tuesday and on Wednesday can work PRN if ROP treatment is needed. Inpatient- Wednesday - Rounding in NICU for ROP 7-1 followed by afternoon clinic IF treatment/f/u for ROP required see attached detailed department specifics in this position. Onsite hand hygiene demonstration and employee health requirements mandated to be completed prior to first shift
