What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A positive, team-first attitude with a genuine passion for patient care
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $35,000 - $43,000 per year, based on experience
