Corporate Staff Accountant

Kahlig Auto Group is seeking a motivated person with initiative and positive attitude to join our expanding accounting team. Essential Responsibilities: Record vehicle sales Review paperwork on vehicle deals from various vehicle sales departments Review paperwork from the finance and insurance department Prepare commission vouchers for sales consultants Ensure the office space is kept neat and clean at all times Fully coordinate and communicate work with appropriate associates at WSL Prepare payments to customers and vendors pertaining to new vehicle deals Title all vehicles, issue plates and register Reconcile contracts in transit and payoff related schedules Assist customers and sales personnel in billing and titling issues Assist other billing and titling personnel during their absence Prepare sales commission summaries for payroll Maintain petty cash Reconcile vehicle schedules Supervisory Responsibilities: None. May participate in or support project and process improvement teams.
