About the Opportunity

ForceBrands is partnering with a growing food brand to identify a Regional Vice President of Sales to expand its retail business across natural and conventional grocery channels.

This role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate brings strong retail relationships, experience managing brokers, and the ability to grow distribution while staying close to the operational details that support successful customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own assigned retail accounts, managing customer relationships, promotional planning, merchandising programs, and day-to-day requests.
• Grow existing accounts and pursue new retail distribution across natural and conventional grocery channels.
• Manage brokers and coordinate merchandising support to drive execution at retail.
• Partner with Sales Operations on demand planning, order flow, and sales and operations planning.
• Use SPINS and retailer data to identify growth opportunities, develop customer presentations, and guide account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and communicate proactively with customers.
• Make informed decisions independently while keeping the Chief Revenue Officer aligned on priorities, progress, and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 10–15 years of CPG sales experience, including direct responsibility for retail accounts in natural and/or conventional grocery.
• Deli or deli-adjacent category experience strongly preferred, including cheese, hummus, dips, bakery, crackers, or related products. Candidates with strong experience in closely related center-store categories will also be considered.
• Demonstrated success growing retail accounts, securing new distribution, and managing promotional programs.
• Experience managing brokers and coordinating retail merchandising execution.
• Ability to interpret syndicated and retailer sales data and translate findings into actionable account plans.
• Comfortable partnering on forecasting, demand planning, and order management; KeHE or other distributor experience is a plus.
• A proactive, independent working style and willingness to handle both sales strategy and daily account execution.
