This role combines strategic storytelling, pitch leadership, and operational excellence to create bold, differentiated, and flawlessly completed pitch experiences that convert opportunity into growth. You will be part of a New York–based team and manage a group that flexes across Connected Media new business needs.ResponsibilitiesProduce winning work in new business pitches:Shape and elevate pitch narratives to ensure a compelling, bold, and memorable story from first touch to final presentationAdd strategic value at every stage of the pitch lifecycle, acting as a true co-creator and editor of all pitch contentRapidly synthesize Publicis Groupe capabilities, products, and market advantages and seamlessly weave them into pitch solutionsEnsure strategic clarity, sharp POVs, and consistency across all pitch materialsIdentify patterns across wins and losses to continuously refine pitch strategy, positioning, and future Connected Media growth prioritiesLead pitch teams:Confidently lead large, cross-functional pitch teams and partner closely with executive leadershipSet clear expectations, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues before they impact deliveryAct as the day-to-day leader for the Connected Media business development team, setting standards, pace, and ways of working across pitchesMotivate teams to deliver their best work under pressure, fostering accountability and momentumEnsure excellence across all pitch components, including chemistry, data & technology capabilities, pitch presentations, match tests, transition planning, agency model, and commercial proposalsOrchestrate workstreams, pace development, and manage executive feedback to drive continuous improvementBuild strong collaborative relationships to ensure an integrated, well-rounded pitch strategyDesigning, activating and owning the pitch delivery plan:Own the end-to-end pitch delivery plan with flawless project management and organizational rigorLead pitch coordination across timelines, checkpoints, deliverables, and design executionElevate pitch experiences through innovative ideas that are distinctive, impactful, and executableEnsure pitch environments, materials, and "theatre" reflect the quality and ambition of our thinkingClose collaboration:Partner closely with pitch leadership and executive sponsors to ensure a unified, winning strategyDrive accountability across all pitch stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverablesBuild and curate pitch decks by sourcing best-in-class work and guiding teams toward sharp, strategic outputsQualifications10+ years of media agency experience, with deep expertise in business development or pitchingExceptional storytelling, strategic writing, editing, and communication skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough ideasStrong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align teams around a common visionHighly organized self-starter who thinks proactively and "around corners"Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlinesRelentlessly detail-oriented while never losing sight of the bigger pictureHighly competitive with a genuine hunger to winInnate bias for action — makes progress without waiting for perfect informationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
