In-Home Care RN: Flexible Travel & Infusion Expert

NurseCore

NurseCore is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in the Colorado Springs area. The role involves delivering in-home nursing care and infusions, teaching infusion therapies, coordinating with the Director of Nursing, and ensuring patient care aligns with the Nurse Practice Act.

Travel within the region and on-call shifts may be required. Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN, with home health or acute care experience, CPR hands-on certification, and the ability to perform
