• Shift: Mid 3x12-Hour (14:30 - 23:00)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract/Temporary
• Certifications: CRCST, CSPDT, CFER, OR Surgical Technology certification with course completion within 6 months
• Experience: 2+ years in sterile processing, orthopedics, neuro, ENT experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.15
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
• Assist surgical teams by providing sterile supplies and instruments
• Support hospital staff in emergency or high-demand situations as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth OR operations

What You Need:

• Valid sterile processing technician certification (CRCST, CSPDT, or CFER) or surgical technology certification with internal sterile processing training
• At least 2 years of sterile processing experience, specifically in orthopedic, neuro, or ENT procedures preferred
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
