Job Summary LifeStance Health is actively hiring licensed mental health therapists for our Gresham, OR office in the greater Portland area. We provide evidence‑based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults through both in‑person and telemedicine modalities. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare to patients across the lifespan, including adults, children, and adolescents. Provide care via a hybrid model that combines telemedicine and in‑person sessions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborative treatment planning. Adhere to evidence‑based, medically driven treatment protocols. Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents or across the lifespan. Reside within commutable distance of the local clinic(s). Commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
