Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Overview Ellie Aurora is seeking licensed clinicians to provide personalized mental health services in Aurora, Nebraska. The role supports independent clinical practice while benefiting from centralized administrative and clinical support. Responsibilities Create and implement treatment plans and complete documentation within a week of service. Provide 25 hours of client contact per week (individual, group, couple, or family). Clinicians will receive assistance in client scheduling. Coordinate services with internal and external providers. Attend all staff meetings and trainings. Participate in outreach efforts as needed. Identify innovative ways to fill community needs. Collaborate with leadership to meet individual and company goals. Required Qualifications Master's degree in a license‑eligible field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, etc.). Licensed or eligible to be licensed with DORA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Experience with completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration and flexibility to meet deadlines. Comfort working with a diverse client population. Proficiency with typical office technology and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus). Ability to pass a background check. Comfort with the natural ambiguity of a new clinic branch. Preferred Qualifications Experience with historically marginalized communities. Experience with Veterans or servicemembers. Panel or credentialed with an insurance provider. Multilingual abilities. Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health. Additional expertise (e.g., EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, etc.). Current community involvement. Creative interventionist approach.
