This role offers a base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn based on your performance. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities Repairing electronics including mobile phones, computers, tablets, game consoles, and more Greet and engage with customers, providing product recommendations and solutions Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Process transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately Maintain store appearance, restock inventory, and assist with merchandising Requirements Must be able to handle medium/heavy workload Must pay fine attention to detail Must take constructive criticism well No experience necessary but it definitely helps!
