Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage proven methodologies to improve patients' motor performance, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Engage with Diverse Health Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support healing and skills outside of the clinic
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Document clinical advancements and modify treatment protocols as required, ensuring consistent patient focus

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
