Position Title: Compliance Analyst Location: US-Virginia Job ID: 5333 # of Openings: 1 Category: Information Technology Clearance: Secret Clearance Status: Active Type: Regular Full-Time Overview The Compliance Analyst assists the IT Program Manager in the registration of all Application and Database Management System (DADMS) for inclusion into the investment portfolio for the Department of the Navy Office of Administration (DON OA) Information Technology Division (ITD). Responsibilities Use the IT portfolio tool to manage the compliance of Secretariat systems on all DON and DoD requirements, such as FISMA, the Investment Review Board (IRB) process, and others. Maintain an IT Investment Portfolio in support of IT technology initiatives and planning, examining options, tracking current investments, including Business Case Analysis (BCA) for the various IT options and alternatives being considered, providing: Options analysis to include modification of existing technology vs. replacement. Metrics to evaluate the success of investments and measure progress of projects. Cost benefit comparison analysis (including BPR results). Total Cost of Ownership. Business impact of remaining with current technology vs. migrating to replacement technology. Options analysis to include modification of existing technology vs. replacement. Metrics to evaluate the success of investments and measure the progress of projects. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years experience in a compliance or related role. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and ethical standards. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Secret Clearance.
