VDOT seeks a Data Analyst for their Richmond, VA office. The Data Analyst II will analyze data, support negotiations, and provide consulting and customer service related to rate negotiations with internal and external clients. The role involves assessing complex data systems, creating analytical programs, ensuring data quality, researching new data sources, and contributing to product development and improvement. Required skills and experience (minimum 5 years each): Effective communication with diverse audiences and management levels. Ability to build effective relationships. Experience in planning and facilitating training and presentations. Knowledge of VDOT programs, policies, and activities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. In-depth data analysis capabilities. Ability to analyze, research, and interpret data independently. Experience in designing and implementing policies and procedures.
