RN Clinical Nurse Emergency Department

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Knowledge of nursing practices as outlined by the state professional nurse practice act
• Compliance with Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.
• Advocate for patients and uphold their voice within the healthcare system.
• Implement evidence-based practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to relevant policies and procedures to support service excellence.
• Foster a professional environment in alignment with organizational values and governance.
