HR Business Partner Be a part of the caring team of professionals at Sterling Healthcare Management , a division of Menora Financial Corp (MFC). Sterling currently manages 10 Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities across Indiana —including South Bend, Wabash, Greencastle, Anderson, Evansville, and Gary—with continued growth on the horizon. We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work alongside the VP of HR to lead and support HR operations across our expanding organization. In a highly visible role, you will partner directly with leadership focusing on talent acquisition , retention , team member development , and regulatory compliance .
