We’re looking for a dynamic, operations-focused General Manager to lead one of our Wendy’s restaurant locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about leadership, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, strong operational performance, and a People Excellence culture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
General Managers provide the vision and leadership to all Crew, Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers to ensure that each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit and that the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift, every day.
General Managers:

Requirements:As a General Manager at Wendy’s, you play a key leadership role in restaurant operations. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, developing team members, and creating excellent guest experience. You’ll also help drive sales, maintain food safety standards, and foster a positive work environment aligned with Wendy’s “People Excellence” culture.
Additional Requirements
•3–4 years of restaurant management or equivalent leadership experience.
•Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, restaurant operations, and P&L management.
•Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels.
•Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management.
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local).
•Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed.
•College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
•Train and monitor proper cash-handling procedures.
•Ensure security of equipment, product, and company assets.
•Maintain safe working conditions and ensure compliance with Safety Audits.
•Execute preventive maintenance programs and follow up on equipment issues immediately
