Sales Administrative Assistant

Renewal by Andersen of Central, Virginia & Roanoke is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join its growing team in Richmond, Virginia. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, signature service driven environment. The Sales administrators should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. They should also have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Agreement (contract) Review and uploads
• Track and respond to surveys sent in after the sales appointments
• Assist Commission Specialist with tracking commissions
• Assist Finance Specialist & Assistant with booking jobs and uploads
• Other duties as assigned

Bring your A-Game!

• 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
• Familiarity with CRM software and a background in sales support is preferred
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• This is a hybrid position . Candidates must be able to work both remotely with a dedicated workspace and in the office when needed.

Compensation

• $22 per hour
