Wealth Management Relationship Manager

Overview The Relationship Manager (RM) serves as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for a select group of high‑value financial advisors. The role delivers proactive, high‑touch support, owns complex service and operational inquiries end‑to‑end, and ensures a seamless advisor experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong advisor relationships through proactive outreach. Own escalations from initiation to resolution. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Technology, etc.). Provide expertise on broker‑dealer and advisory operations. Identify trends and suggest process improvements. Deliver clear, structured communication and follow‑through. Required Qualifications 3+ years of client service or relationship management experience. NetX360 or similar platform experience. Financial services or broker‑dealer experience. Strong ownership and accountability. Ability to manage complex issues and ambiguity. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Securities licenses (SIE, Series6,7,63). Broker‑dealer operations knowledge (TOAs, accounts, cashiering). Success Measures Proactive advisor engagement. Escalation resolution effectiveness. Advisor satisfaction. Reduction in recurring issues (NIGO). Contribution to process improvements. Salary Range $59,110.00–$88,660.00. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
