How You Will Contribute

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the South Oxford Management LLC team. This role supports the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across the South Oxford Management portfolio.

The Marketing Coordinator helps ensure our communities and corporate brand are accurately and consistently represented across digital platforms, reputation channels, social media, marketing systems, and resident-facing resources. This role also supports marketing performance reporting, platform administration, community marketing requests, invoice processing, and implementing department initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities. This position works closely with the VP of Marketing, community teams, vendors, and marketing partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately, consistently, and on time.

Things You Will Do

• Coordinate and maintain community and corporate marketing information, including community specials, across websites, digital marketing platforms, leasing and CRM systems, online listings, and other marketing channels.
• Create, coordinate, and post social media content for South Oxford Management and designated communities while maintaining brand standards and accurate community information.
• Support reputation management by monitoring reviews, inbox activity, and action items; coordinating and posting responses; maintaining online listings; and assisting with reputation reporting.
• Manage company profiles and coordinate review responses across employment and reputation platforms, including Glassdoor and Indeed.
• Compile and organize marketing performance data and recurring reports across communities and marketing channels to support performance evaluation and marketing decisions.
• Allocate marketing invoices to the appropriate communities and prepare department expense reports.
• Manage day-to-day administration of marketing platforms, including account setup, community additions, user access, and adding or removing users associated with new hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Create and maintain employee marketing resources, including digital business cards and company email signatures.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, print materials, and supply orders through approved vendors and platforms.
• Support specialized community marketing needs, including affordable housing updates, unit information, and lead maintenance in applicable leasing and CRM systems.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining marketing programs, technology, website and social media integrations, and new department initiatives.
• Coordinate with community teams, vendors, and marketing partners to complete marketing requests, gather information, track assigned projects, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the VP of Marketing.

Things You Need

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, property management, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative, strong follow-through, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working with digital marketing, social media, reputation management, CRM, leasing, and reporting platforms, with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Ability to compile and organize marketing data and financial information accurately from multiple sources.
• Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or real estate is preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel as needed and occasionally work outside normal business hours for company events, community initiatives, or special projects.
