Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily customer service and delivery operations within a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with customers, drivers, and business partners to ensure timely delivery coordination and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience handling customer inquiries in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor delivery routes and provide status updates
- Process order changes and cancellations
- Verify delivery documentation and operational records
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and support operational workflows
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience with:
- Customer service
- Operations support
- Logistics coordination
- Call center or dispatch support
- Basic proficiency with:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- Outlook
- PowerPoint
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or delivery support environments
