Location: Dublin, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base salary + performance bonus up to $20,000
Work Arrangement: On-site with hybrid flexibility after 90 days
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting, finance, HR, and administrative functions. This leadership position partners closely with executive management to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and continued organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, tax compliance, and financial best practices.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business performance.
• Oversee Human Resources, including payroll oversight, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Manage office administration, vendor relationships, facilities, contracts, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive accounting, finance, or operational leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel .
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification.
• Experience leading teams in a small to mid-sized or high-growth organization.
• Audit, tax compliance, payroll, and HR administration experience.
