As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution while leading a team of Account Executives to achieve ambitious sales goals. Success in this role requires more than managing metrics. The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This role will partner with senior leadership and clients to execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Why You'll Love Working Here: Perform Culture: Join a team built around Energy, Excellence, and Execution Leadership Impact: Directly influence employee growth, customer success, and business performance Growth-Focused Environment: Strong promote-from-within philosophy and career development opportunities Winning Team Culture: Collaborative, high-performance environment with supportive leadership Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and more for full-time employees Continuous Development: Ongoing leadership training, coaching, and professional growth opportunities What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement aligned with Infinity's Perform Culture Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations to maximize employee growth and results Monitor sales performance, forecasting, pipeline health, and key performance metrics to drive business outcomes Partner with senior leadership and clients to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue objectives Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while building a high-performing team culture Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve overall team performance Recognize achievements, address performance concerns, and make sound decisions regarding employee development and performance management Prepare and present performance updates, forecasts, and business insights to leadership Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned Requirements What We're Looking For: Proven success leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities Ability to use performance metrics and data to drive accountability and results Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities High degree of ownership, initiative, and sense of urgency Commitment to Infinity's Perform Culture and the principles of Energy, Excellence, and Execution Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales environment required Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals through team leadership Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and sales analytics Strong background in coaching, talent development, and performance management Experience working in a call center sales environment preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods of time Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, if needed Are you ready to build high-performing teams, develop exceptional talent, and lead with Energy, Excellence, and Execution?
