As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution while leading a team of Account Executives to achieve ambitious sales goals. Success in this role requires more than managing metrics. The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This role will partner with senior leadership and clients to execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
