Strategic Broker Partnerships Manager

MGT Insurance is seeking a Relationship Manager to foster partnerships with independent agents and broker partners across its distribution network. You will be the primary contact for onboarding, activation, and ongoing support, driving premium growth and platform adoption. You will onboard and train new brokers, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the partner experience.
