We are looking for an AP Coordinator to join a busy team on a contract basis. This onsite role supports accounts payable operations through administrative coordination, document handling, and accurate data entry in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and strong internal customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming correspondence and organize documents for timely processing
• Digitize mailed materials and ensure electronic records are captured accurately
• Sort and file documents into the appropriate digital folders and tracking systems
• Enter information into internal systems with close attention to accuracy and completeness
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the accounts payable team
• Respond to inquiries from internal or external contacts in a thorough and helpful manner
• Help maintain orderly records and support smooth workflow in a fast-paced setting• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or high-volume support role
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Customer service experience with clear and detail-focused communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Stamford, Connecticut
• Experience handling large volumes of documents or transactions preferred
• Exposure to accounts payable or expense reconciliation is helpful, but prior accounting experience is not required
