Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Day shifts

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN licensure
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or step-down environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and complex patient assessments
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care for patients requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications and therapies, and respond to patient changes promptly
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and post-hospital recovery
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards
