Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license

At least 1 year of recent experience working in a PCU or similar acute care setting

Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles, critical care protocols, and current best practices

Proficient in patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards within the PCU

Monitor, assess, and promptly respond to changes in patient condition

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care

Admit, transfer, and discharge patients, providing appropriate education and support

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered

Accurately document all aspects of patient care and progress

Support patients and their families by offering education and emotional guidance

Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

$3,225 - $3,400/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
