10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Emmaus, PA for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Routes generally run from northern North Carolina through New England and as far west as eastern Ohio, with typical home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.
- Sign-on bonus: $4,000
- Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile; up to 3¢ per mile performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Average miles: Approximately 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight availability)
- Average length of haul: Around 400 miles
- Additional pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond; $65 for Long Island deliveries; detention pay $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
- Top earnings: Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
Lane details
- Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
- Primary operating area is generally Virginia to Maine, with common freight lanes from northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.
- Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to maximize miles while preserving weekly reset time.
- Drivers may have the option to remain out for additional weekend freight instead of returning home for reset to increase miles and pay.
- Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
- Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
