Take your expertise as a School Psychologist to an impactful full-time role serving elementary students in a supportive educational environment. This position offers a rewarding chance to make a positive difference by supporting the academic, emotional, and behavioral growth of young learners on an onsite contract basis through the end of May 2027.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess an active Illinois School Psychologist license and Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting
• Strong assessment, counseling, and case management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, educators, and families
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
• Adaptability and organizational skills to manage a caseload of 35-45 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and well-being
• Provide individual and group counseling for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement appropriate interventions and supports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Offer crisis intervention and consultative support as needed
