This position assists in year-end audit requests and compiling of financial packages. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in year-end audit requests. Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts. Assist in compiling of financial packages. Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Run monthly depreciation. Maintain job cost for all construction. Track and record tenant allowances. Prepare and maintain cost to budget schedules. Track operating expenses by month. Assist in preparation of personal and manufacturing returns. COMPENSATION This position offers a competitive starting salary, with opportunities for growth based on performance and tenure. Hard work matters, and we reward it. HCP24 Requirements QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Experience and/or Training Considerable knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Technology/Equipment Yardi or Sage experience preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S. Work Authorization (required).
