Tech Stack: accounting system What You'll Actually Do Ensure accuracy of financial documents by reviewing and matching packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices. Prepare vouchers meticulously for payment processing. Input voucher data accurately into the accounting system for timely payments. Organize and file all vouchers and supporting documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness. Resolve invoice discrepancies and obtain missing documentation through communication with vendors and internal departments. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level.
