Starting pay - $19.00

Shift - 12 hour shifts 2-2-3 schedule Days: 6:45 am -7:00 pm/ Nights: 6:45pm-7:00am

· Shift Differential ($2 per hour for night shift)

We are looking for Production Line Operators! The Production Line Operator is responsible for the day-to-day duties in running equipment to produce quality products, safely and in a timely manner.

· Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures.

· Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the "Zero and Beyond" safety goal/initiative.

· Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.

· Performing setups in accordance with established procedures.

· Loading/unloading equipment.

· Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.

· Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.

· Participating in cross-training activities

· Performing other duties as required or directed.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution (Preferred).

· Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.

· Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

· Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

· Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

· You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.

· You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.

· You must be able to lift to 35 pounds occasionally.

· Opportunity to be trained and drive forklift if needed.

· Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.
