Automotive Dealership Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper Audi New Rochelle 2 Harrison Street, New Rochelle, NY Full-Time | On-Site Audi New Rochelle is seeking an experienced automotive dealership accounting professional to join our business office. This position is designed for someone who already understands the pace, processes, and accounting requirements of a franchised automobile dealership. Previous dealership accounting experience is strongly preferred. Audi New Rochelle is part of a multi-franchise dealership group serving the tri-state area since 1980. Responsibilities Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable Posting vehicle deals and reviewing deal jackets for accuracy Reconciling bank accounts, schedules, and general ledger accounts Processing factory receivables, incentives, rebates, and warranty payments Reconciling floor plan and vehicle inventory accounts Posting cash receipts, credit card transactions, and bank deposits Processing vendor invoices and issuing payments Maintaining accurate accounting schedules and resolving outstanding items Supporting month-end closing procedures Maintaining organized dealership accounting records Working closely with sales, service, parts, and management departments Qualifications Minimum of two years of automotive dealership accounting experience preferred Experience with dealership accounting schedules and general ledger reconciliation Familiarity with CDK or another automotive dealership management system is highly preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a dealership accounting team What We Offer Competitive salary based on dealership accounting experience Medical And Other Available Employee Benefits Paid time off Stable, full-time position Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity for advancement Employee discounts Convenient New Rochelle location #J-18808-Ljbffr
