Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students for the upcoming academic year in the New Orleans area. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact within an educational setting, working full-time alongside dedicated professionals. Assignments may include working with a range of age groups, across one or multiple school sites. All candidates must meet national and state licensing and credentialing standards.

Qualifications:

• Active national RBT certification from the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
• Must be formally registered as a line technician with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board (through your supervising LBA)
• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Successfully complete a 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT Initial Competency Assessment
• Able to pass a criminal background and abuse registry check
• Capable of meeting additional credentialing requirements, including district-specific drug screen and fingerprinting
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with children or adolescents in school or behavioral health settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA interventions tailored to assigned students’ needs as outlined by certified supervising Behavior Analysts
• Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress toward goals
• Implement behavior plans in collaboration with school staff and families
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and required professional development
• Ensure compliance with student confidentiality and professional guidelines
