Job Description

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position offers the chance to support students across campuses during the academic year, working Monday through Friday in alignment with the school calendar. Qualifications and Experience:

Active national certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Formal registration as a line technician with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board by your supervising LBA
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a 40-hour RBT training program
Passed RBT Initial Competency Assessment and official RBT certification exam
Able to pass a criminal background check, abuse registry, district-specific drug screening, and fingerprints
Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
Collect and document data on student progress, communicating observations to supervising clinicians and school staff
Participate in ongoing trainings, supervision sessions, and meetings as required
Foster positive, supportive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
