Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic educational setting and support students in reaching their full potential by utilizing your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with students across various age groups for the entire academic year, following the school calendar. The role is structured at 35 hours weekly with standard school day hours, providing meaningful consistency and work-life balance. Campus assignments and specific caseloads will be determined based on school needs.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Active national certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to be formally registered as a line technician with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board via your supervising Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a 40-hour RBT training
• Passed RBT Initial Competency Assessment and official RBT exam
• Must clear district-specific drug screening and fingerprinting, along with general credentialing requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of behavior intervention strategies and ability to implement individualized education plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly implement behavior intervention plans under LBA supervision to support student behavioral and academic development
• Collect and accurately document data on student progress and behavioral responses
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other service providers to promote a positive learning environment
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing supervision as required
• Adapt behavioral strategies as needed to support varying student abilities and needs
