Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and slicing.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring portions.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and slice deli meats, cheeses, and other products according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and assisting with product selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of deli workstations, equipment, and display cases in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock and rotate deli products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and monitoring product expiration dates.
