We post this role as Front Desk Associate because it's a familiar title - but within our studios, this position is known as a Member Experience Associate. It's more than working the front desk. It's about creating a welcoming, high-end experience for every member and guest from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave feeling stronger, supported, and cared for. About the Role As a Front Desk Associate, you are the heart of the studio experience. You’ll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, positivity, and community. You’ll support daily operations, assist with membership and retail sales, and maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment. Promote an exceptional member and new guest experience Sell Yoga Joint memberships and retail products with confidence and care Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented studio Provide outstanding customer service at all times Comfortably use our studio point-of-sale system Assist with studio turnover between classes and general maintenance Participate in community events to build brand awareness Uphold Yoga Joint's high standards in every interaction Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations & support revenue goals Exude a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude at all times *A full job description with additional responsibilities will be provided during the interview process.
