Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a strong connection with our team and the clients we serve. You will operate in a professional and supportive online environment, facilitating interactions with clients via telehealth platforms. The typical working schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through virtual consultations, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of clinical interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy standards.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within our dedicated treatment team to enhance the effectiveness of therapy.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall care quality.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and local resources to aid in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure for practice in Colorado as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving, contributing to effective treatment planning and interventions.
