This role involves leading the monthly close cycle, overseeing a small accounting team, and developing the annual operating budget in alignment with organizational goals. The CFO will also be expected to present financial information and recommendations to the Board, monitor cash flow, and strengthen financial processes and business systems. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive. The role requires expertise in budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as the ability to manage a team and implement disciplined financial frameworks. Experience in a complex organizational environment and familiarity with finance-related business systems, particularly Sage Intacct, is highly valued.
