Role Description This is a full-time, remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. The CFO will lead the financial strategy, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with the company’s goals. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing financial reporting, analyzing financial performance, creating financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, the CFO will collaborate with other leadership team members to drive decision-making and enhance the company’s fiscal health. Qualifications Experience in Financial Planning and strategic budgeting Proficient in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and support decision-making Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance and an ability to develop financial strategies Proven leadership and decision-making skills CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certifications preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus Experience in a health and wellness or consumer packaged goods environment is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
