Business Operations Analyst

Job Description

Strong understanding of retail operations

Partner and communicate with multiple business and IT teams across the organization

Maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for system functions

Validate system updates and enhancements prior to deployment in production environments

Help solution proactively and prevent future issues?

Coordinate cross functionally to enable timely resolution when issues arise

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
