Job Description
We're working with a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates attorney to join its sophisticated Private Client practice in Chicago. The anticipated compensation for this role is $290K–$390K, commensurate with experience.
\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney with 9+ years of experience and a strong tax-focused private client practice advising high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and closely held businesses.
\n \nRequired Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Active Illinois Bar license in good standing \n
- Sophisticated estate and wealth transfer planning \n
- Federal estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax matters \n
- Trust and estate administration \n
- Business succession planning \n
- Advising fiduciaries and closely held business owners on complex tax issues \n
