Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Leader

Lead all plant maintenance and reliability activities. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems. Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to reduce downtime. Develop and improve maintenance procedures, scheduling, and documentation. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects. Coordinate outside contractors and service providers. Maintain compliance with OSHA, food safety, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to improve plant performance. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and department resources. Mentor and support maintenance personnel while remaining actively involved on the plant floor.

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead. Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. Ability to manage maintenance strategy while remaining hands-on technically. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
