Job Description

A key contributor to the overall unified customer experience of U.S. Bank. Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank’s Core Values. Accountable for sales and service activities in all Consumer Banking and Branch Delivery branch locations (Metro, Community, and In-Store On-Site). Responsible for handling routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, payment, etc.), while ensuring a positive interaction with customers/non-customers. Identify customer needs and recommends U.S. Bancorp products as appropriate. Follows established policies and procedures while processing transactions in an effort to mitigate risk. Bilingual Teller’s perform these responsibilities in the languages deemed essential within a particular branch or community

Basic Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish & English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience as a teller

Preferred Skills/Experience
- May be required to stand for extended periods of time
- May be required to lift bags/boxes of coin weighing up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide excellent customer service and models skills consistent with U.S. Bank’s Core Values
- Willingness to gain knowledge of U.S. Bancorp products
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - 23.27
