What will you be doing?

Assist the main dental assistant (training provided)

• Assist in setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays and CBCTs
• Assist the dentist (chairside)
• Communicating with materials/equipment vendors etc.
• Assist in buying materials, mailing documents, etc.
• Assist in documentation

Assist front desk activities (training provided), such as

• Help answering overflow of calls and texts
• Help scheduling appointments, collecting payments, entering payments, presenting treatments
• Assist in other secretarial tasks (using excel, words, etc.)
• Assist in documentation

What are we looking for?

• Fully bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and detailed oriented (accuracy very important)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc.
• A team player with good references (trustworthy, reliable, energetic, fast-learner)
• A motivated individual who brings professionalism, positive energy
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Familiarity with compliance of HIPPA, OSHA and infection control
• Previous dental office experience desired (but not necessary)
